We have several ways for our customers to take control of their fuel costs during the heating season. All credit terms are net 30.

Cash Discount

  • Pay for your residential propane or heating oil within 5 business days and receive a 3 cent per gallon discount. Our delivery drivers can take your payment, or your may stop by or mail your payment to our office.
  • Cash discounts apply only to residential gas and oil deliveries.

Budget Payment Plan

  • There are no peaks and valleys! With this plan, your typical yearly heating costs are averaged over equal monthly payments. You may sign up for either a 9-month or a 12-month budget plan.
  • Participants in the budget plans also qualify for a 3 cent per gallon discount calculated at the end of the budget season when budget payments are made on time.

Cap Price Protection Plan

  • Similar to an insurance plan, "capping" the propane price protects you from price spikes. If the market price goes above your cap price, you're only charged the cap price. If the market price is lower than the cap price, you get the lower price.
  • A minimum of 250 gallons must be purchased to receive a cap price, and you must sign up for this plan prior to June 30th. Propane customers only are eligible for this plan.

Pre-Buy Plan

  • Pre-buying allows you to purchase your winter fuel at a lower price, because the pre-pay rate is determined when propane is typically at its lowest price of the season.
  • A minimum of 250 gallons must be purchased and your propane will be delivered to you throughout the winter as needed. Contact Dixie before June 30th to get the best price for the upcoming heating season. Propane customers only are eligible for this plan.

Direct Payment

  • Now you can have your propane and heating oil payments made automatically from your checking or savings account.
