Credits for 2011 include:
- $150 credit propane hot water boiler with AFUE* ≥ 95
- $150 for propane furnaces with AFUE ≥ 95
- $300 on propane tankless water heaters with energy factor ≥ 0.82 OR a thermal efficiency of at least 90%.
* The annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE; pronounced 'A'-'Few') is a thermal efficiency measure of combustion equipment like furnaces, boilers and water heaters.
STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES

Virginia-specific appliance rebates for 2011 include:
- $250 for a propane furnace
