New propane service begins with completing a New Account Application. This gives us the basic information we need to get started. One of our friendly sales representatives will then contact you. Together, we will determine your propane needs. Specials, incentives and/or rebates will be explained during this time. A Propane Gas Agreement will be completed, explained and signed by you and a company representative.

After the paperwork is completed, our service department will schedule a time to install a tank, check existing gas lines and schedule your first Dixie Gas & Oil propane delivery.

Once you’ve successfully signed up for propane service, our friendly and professional local staff provide certified installations that meet all safety and code regulations.

Major cities and towns in our service area include Buena Vista, Clifton Forge, Covington, Elkton, Fishersville, Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton and Waynesboro.

We are available for emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
